Mangaluru, Jan 19, 2015 : A Phone Grievance Registration System in order to help passengers to register complaints has been launched by Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd(KRCL).
Union Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu inaugurated the facility at Kankavali Railway Station recently. The toll free number to lodge the complaint is 18002665725. The KRCL authorities would send their response to the complaint through an SMS.
A facility helping passengers register their complaints through SMS ( 9004470700) is already in place.
Meanwhile, a Konkan Railway press communiqué has informed that a three-tier air conditioned coach would be added to Train No. 22630/629 Tirunelveli-Dadar-Tirunelveli from February 4.
