Panambur: Bodies of 2 drowned youth traced

Mangaluru, Mar 06, 2024: The bodies of two out of the three youth who were feared drowned in the Panambur beach on Sunday evening, were recovered on Monday.

 

It may be recalled here that Likhith (18), Milan (20) and Nagaraj (24) were swept away by strong tidal waves on Sunday. The bodies of Nagaraj and Milan have been traced.

Likhit was a first PUC student while Nagaraj was a second degree student of a private college.

 Puneeth and Manoj who were with the other three managed to survive as they had not ventured into deep waters.

Meanwhile waters sports activities were suspended temporarily in the wake of high tidal waves.
