PWD directs Panchayat PDO to remove Ivan D’Souza nameboard at Kelaginapete Circle

Padubidri, Nov 8, 2020: The Public Works Department has served a notice to the PDO of Mudarangady Gram Panchayat and has issued instructions to remove the Sri MLC Ivan D’Souza  Circle nameboard from the Circle constructed  by the PWD at Mudarangady Kelaginapete after developing the area.

Members of the public had complained to the PWD against the name board.  As the Panchayat had not acted even months after the PWD had served a notice initiially, now in another notice to the  PDO has warned that the matter would be taken up at the higher level if the nameboard was not removed.
