One lakh Rupees will be provided from Minister’s Fund for the construction of Anganwadi

Mangaluru Apr 23, 2016: District in Charge Minister said that, rupees one lakh will be provided from minister’s fund for the construction of Anganwadi in the district.Speaking at Valedictory function of “Rangadhwani” summer camp today Saturday April 23, he said that even after having right to education rules in the state there are lack of education facilities in the remote areas. Children need to gain at least alphabetical knowledge for the purpose of it several programme were implemented such as “Saaksharath Andolan” , “Ba Barali Shalege” was a great success under which several children were enrolled to the school.

Even Black board programme where buses with black board would visit slum area to make the children educated, he added. He also stressed on girls education need to be given importance who are deprived by the family and the society.


Meanwhile Ramanath Rai inaugurated “Shaale Kade Nanna Nade” campaign to create awareness among children about the importance of education and drop out children will make their way to the chools and also released broachers at the same time.“Shaale Kade Nanna Kade” was the initiative taken up by Karnataka State Child Right Protection Unit in 30 districts all over the state.

MLA Mohiudeen Bhava said that today Mangalore is known for one of the education hub in the country where lot of students around the country pursue their studies here,  but the condition of districts in Uttar Karnataka are critical with lack of facilities for which higher authorities need to be responsible in order to rectify the issue and make this an literate state.

President of Karnataka State Child Right Protection Unit Dr Krupa Amar Alva said that providing education to the children will be no child marriage ,no child exploitation and no child labor, as we can recognize most of the accused are either drop outs or not been to school at all. India should have been super power nation by this time but even after having national and intellectual resources this county failed to be super power it is just because of lack of education.

“Shaale Kade Nanna Nade” is an initiative where every drop out children, deprived from the education can make their way to school. Every department and people should be responsible in making this programme a grand success all over.Krupa Alva come up with sole mission to make Karnataka state free from illiterate in next three years.
