One dead in KSRTC bus-car collision at Uppinangady

Uppinangady, March 09, 2020: The driver of a Maruti Swift car lost his life in a collision between  his car and a KSRTC bus  at Uppinangady  on the Mangaluru-Bengaluru National Highway on March 8, Sunday night.

 

The deceased is  Dayesh, son of Balappa Gowda of Kutruppady village in Kadaba taluk.  He was on way to Uppinangady from Kadaba when the  KSRTC bus on way to Kadaba  hits his car in front of the Cityland Hotel in Uppinangady. A critically injured Dayesh though was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Mangaluru he breathed his last on the way.

Dayesh worked in a gas distribution agency in Puttur.
