Officials of TMC raided shops in Bantwal and Kaikamba

Bantwal, Dec 03, 2016 : Gargi Jain, Probationary IAS officer, Bantwal TMC along with other officers and police conducted raids on many shops located in Bantwal and Kaikamba.

They have seized 121 kgs banned plastic bags, banned plastic bags,  thermocol sand also collected the long pending rental dues from shop owners. A rent of Rs. 1.82 lakhs which was due shops from various was also collected.

The officials have also warned the shop owners not to continue the use of banned plastic bags in future; else heavy penalty would be imposed.
