Now, NSUI members threaten to quit over denial of ticket to Mithun Rai

Mangaluru, April 18, 2018: The Congress seems to be in for trouble after DK District Youth  Congress President Mithun Rai was denied a ticket from Moodbidri constituency. If youth Congress members had said on Tuesday that they would quit enmasse in support of their leader who was deprived of a ticket, on Wednesday  NSUI leaders have said they too would follow suit.

Roopesh Rai, State General Secretary of the NSUI said the NSUI was strong in the district due to the efforts of Mithun Rai  and added that denial  of ticket to him has disappointed them. He has urged the party leadership to consider its decision.

He also warned that the NSUI members would follow Mithun in case he joins any other party and said Mithun was not  responding to calls.
