Noted Yakshagana maddale artiste Adoor Ganesh Rao passes away

Mangaluru, Dec 11, 2018: Adoor Ganesh Rao who was considered one of the finest Maddale artistes of  Thenku Thittu  Yakshagana, passed away on December 11, Tuesday morning following a brief illnes. He was 50 years old. Rao  was a part of the Dharmasthala Mela.

He was  undergoing treatment at a private hospital at Derlakatte  for liver ailment and died of a cardiac arrest this morning.

 He is survived by his wife,  a son and a daughter.
