Nitte Institute of Speech and Hearing holds Graduation Day

Mangaluru, Mar 27, 2018:  The  eight Graduation Day and Annual Awards Day ceremony  of  Nitte Institute of Speech and Hearing was held at the  KS Hegde Auditorium at Derlakatte on  March 26, Monday.

 

 Speaking as a chief guest, Mangalore University Vice Chancellor  Prof K Bhyrappa  said  students must continue to extend their horizons of knowledge even after their graduation. At a time when ample  opportunities  are available students must make  their choices carefully,  he added.

N Vinay Hegde, Chancellor of Nitte Deemed University presided over the function. He exhorted students to never forget the role played by their alma mater, parents and teachers in shaping their future.

A total of 33 students received their degrees on the occasion. Neeraja Sunil and Nikhila Elsa Philip, the first and second rank holders respectively in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology were awarded on  the occasion.

Prof. T Dattatreya, Director of the Institute, Shwetha, Principal and others were present on the occasion.
