New facade of Milagres Cathedral, Kallianpura to mark Platinum Jubilee

Udupi , Dec 08, 2016:The Milagres Cathedral Church Kallianpura, the seat of the Udupi diocese is all set to celebrate the platinum jubilee of the building from December 9 to 12.  The platinum jubilee celebration of the milagres cathedral building will be held on December 12. Rev Dr. Gerald Isaac Lobo Bishop Udupi diocese will be blessing the newly built church facade thereafter thanks giving ceremony and solemn mass is to be held at 10 am.

The public function of the platinum jubilee celebration of the church will be held under the ledarship of  Bishop Rev Dr. Gerald Isaac Lobo. Mgr Baptist Menezes, vicar general of the Diocese, Pramod Madhwaraj district minister incharge Udupi, Ivan D’Souza chief whip of legislative council, Oscar Feranades MP Rajyasabha and a host of  followers and others. A fellowship meal at 1.30 pm will be served to the all as part of the platinum jubilee celebration.
