Nepal youth among two arrested for drugs peddling

Mangaluru, Nov 11, 2020:   DCIB Police of Mangaluru have arrested two drug peddlers at Melkar while they were attempting to sell ganja on November 10, Tuesday. A  Maruti Brezza car and  1.480 kg of ganja   has been seized from them. The value of the car and the seized ganja has been estimated at Rs 10,32,900.

 

The  accused have been identified as T P Farooq (50), a resident of Bunder and Sagar Singh (22) from  Nepal. The accused Singh was staying at a PG accommodation near PVS Circle.

The duo has been entrusted to the custody of Bantwal Police.
