Mangaluru, August 01: It was a surprise for everyone who is following up the Vinayak Baliga murder case when they got to see the prime accused Naresh Shenoy online in Facebook at 3-28 PM on August 01, 2016. Many started asking questions whether a murder accused in Mangaluru Jail is allowed to have a Mobile / Tab and leisurely go about browsing the internet especially chatting on social networks like Facebook. Here is the screen shot taken when Naresh Shenoy was online:

Has the mobile Jammer in the Jail area gone out of order or removed?  The mobile Jammer issue was hot a few months back. Has the mobile Jammer removed following complaints by mobile users? No one knows. One thing is clear, if Naresh Shenoy the prime accused in the murder of the RTI Activist Vinayak Baliga is found online today, the Jammer is gone. And of course, the restriction in the Jail is also gone.

These things show that money and power are above the law. Who cares?
