Is it the Yettinahole Fall out?

Sahyadri Samrakshana Sanchaya had a campaign and appealed to citizens of Dakshina Kannda to use NOTA vote to   oppose the  Yettinahole project, to divert water from the tributaries of Nethravati. The Sanchaya has accused both the Congress and the BJP of neglecting Yetthinahole issues.

Veerappa Moily and DV Sadananda Gowda were all in favour of the project,  however, candidates from the Dakshina Kannada constituency B Janardhan Poojary and Nalin Kumar Kateel opposed the project strongly.  The Sanchaya distributed printed requests requesting  DK voters to use NOTA to highlight there opposition.
