NNMAMIT students to attend SAKURA Exchange Program

Nitte, Dec 11, 2015: To advance education and thereby to prepare the students to be competent and participatory global citizens, NMAMIT is happy to announce that the academic exchange between the institute and Ritsumeikan University, Japan.

Students of NMAMIT have been selected for an exchange program called “Sakura Exchange Program in Sciences 2015” which is going to be held between 14th of December and 22nd December, 2015 at Ritsumeikan University, Japan.

This is a free scholarship program for Undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students provided by Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST). Dr Anil Kumar H.S, Associate Prof., Department of Biotechnology will be leading the team and Shridhara T.N, Associate Prof., Dept. of Civil Engineering, Dhanush Kumar, Rahul N.K, Veekshith Kumar Rai, Ankitha Shanbhogue, Sadguna M Shetty all B.E students of Dept. of Civil Engineering, Shreesha Rao, M.tech student of Dept. of Biotechnology, Ganga Gamana, Jane Maureen J, Ragini Ashok N all B.E students of Dept. of Biotechnology will be representing NMAMIT at Ritsumeikan University, Japan.
