Mangaluru, Nov 02, 2017: Sri Rama Sene Chief Pramod Muthalik has hinted at the possibility of him and other members of his outfit contesting the upcoming assembly elections as Shiva Sena candidates provided the talks with Shiva Sena Chief yields result.
Mutalik who spoke to reporters during his visit to the city said two rounds of talks have already been held. A final decision is expected in the near future, he added and informed that prominent leaders of the Sri Rama Sene would contest the next elections. In case talks with Shiva Sena fails his outfit members will contest as independents, he added.
On probability of a tie-up with BJP, he said he was willing if BJP agrees for the same.
