Muslims offer special prayers seeking rain

Mangaluru, May 15, 2019: Hundreds of Muslims gathered at the Nehru Maidan here on May 15, Wednesday  and offered prayers seeking rain  to alleviate the acute water crisis the city is facing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The special prayers were held under the leadership of Kudroli Salafi Masjid Khatib Muhammad Sheikh Saquib Saleem Umri. Several women too participated in the prayers.

MLA of Mangaluru South Vedavyas Kamath was also present.
