Murder conspiracy charges : Actor Vinod Alva remanded to judicial custody

Puttur, Nov 18,2015 :  Actor Vinod Alva who has been arrested  on the charges of conspiring to  murder a person  has been remanded to 14 days of judicial custody on November 17, Tuesday. Earlier, the  court had rejected his bail application.

Eshwaramangala resident  Sachidananda Patil had earlier lodged a complaint with the  police alleging that  a person named Uday Chikithaya had attempted to kill  him by crashing his  four-wheeler against his  bike on November 15, Sunday.

Patil who handles the actor’s property related matters alleged that  Uday had tried to kill him at  Alva’s behest.

He had  also alleged that he faced threat from both Alva and Uday and had sought police protection.

Meanwhile, police are on the lookout for Uday  said to be the jeep driver of the actor.
