Moral policing at Mukka beach; youth assaulted

Mangaluru, Nov 15, 2019:  A case of moral policing has been reported from Mukka beach. A college student has alleged that he was assaulted by a few youth when he was with his female friend at the beach.The victim identified as  Abdul Rehman Bisirat has lodged a complaint at the Suratkal police station.

He has alleged that the accused abused him before assaulting him and even kept him in confinement.

Investigations are in progress.
