Moodbidri: Private bus-lorry collision near Thodar: 20 injured

Moodbidri, July 23, 2019: Twenty people   sustained serious injuries in a head-on collision between a private bus and a lorry at Thodar near here on July 23, Tuesday.

 

The bus was proceeding towards Mangaluru from Moodbidri when the mishap took place near the mosque at Thodar. Even the drivers of the two vehicles have suffered serious injuries in the mishap which has left the front portions of the two vehicles badly damaged.

The injured passengers have been admitted to various hospitals.  Traffic on the road was disrupted for some time due to the mishap.
