Modi govt schemes have propelled GDP growth: DV Sadananda Gowda

Mangaluru, Jan 20, 2019: "Within a short span of four years, India could  put up an impressive  progress in GDP rate due to the various pro-people initiatives of the Modi Government.  India can be in the list of top 50 countries   as far as GDP growth is concerned if  concerted efforts continue and everything goes ahead as per the plan," said  Union Minister D V Sadananda Gowda.

He was speaking after inaugurating a national level conclave "Transforming India" organised by the  Mangaluru Chapter of Citizens Council at TV Raman Pai Hall on January 20, Sunday. Sadananda Gowda also spoke about the various programmes of the Union Government like the Mudra, Swachha Bharath and Ayushman Bharath and added that  such schemes helped in bringing about a major transformation in the country.

A book titled "Vishwa Guruvaaguvatha Bharatha" was released by Sadananda Gowda on the occasion.

Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, Spandana TV Managing Director Vilas Nayak, Citizens’ Council President Chidananda Kedilaya and others were present on the occasion.
