Model Park in Bantwal to be inaugurated by CM Siddharamiah, Tomorrow

Bantwal, Oct 08, 2016 : Bantwal comes up with a model park built with an expenditure of Rs 1.4 crore by State Pollution Control Board. The park is named as ’Jodumarga Udayanavana’ which will be inaugurated on October 09, Sunday by Honorable Chief Minister Siddharamaiah.

’Jodumarga Udayanavana’ is to its kind the first with WIFI zone and drinking water supply. There is a  specious parking area for vehicles locted near the park with a capacity of 30-40 cars and   benches for visitors inside the park. Interlock path for walkers, toilets and additional restrooms.

The lights in the park are solar powered and rain water harvesting too has been implemented. Every corner has been provided with dustbins .The importance is given ti greenery with models of animals and birds.

It is the only park for other neighboring taluks like Beltangady, Sullia and Puttur
