Mithun Rai warns stir if Kerala patients allowed in more than one hospital in Mangaluru

Mangaluru, April 11, 2020:   District Youth Congress President Mithun Rai has threatened to launch an agitation against the district administration if the patients from Kasargod are allowed treatment  in more than one hospital in Mangaluru.

 

It may be recalled here that the administration  has permitted the Kasargod patients who require emergency teatment to avail treatment at the K S Hegde Hospital after conceding to the request of the  Kerala Government.  Mithun Rai said people from the district will be inconvenienced if the administration allows to admit Kerala patients in other private hsopitals too by succumbing to pressure from the state BJP government.

 He also requested the administration to also consider the interests of people from Dakshina Kananda and neighbouring districts of the state who visit the hospitals here for treatment.
