Miscreants stone masjid; attack youth at Kalianpur

 Udupi, April 4, 2013 :  Police have arrested three persons in connection with the attack on a youth  at Kalianpur in Udupi district on April, Tuesday.

It is said a certain Iqbal of Santhekatte was returning from a function along with his friends, when  he was attacked by a group.  Though police arrested three persons, very soon miscreants were seen hurling stones at the masjid breaking its window panes.

Investigations are on. The exact motive behind the pelting of stones and the attack on the youth is not yet known.
