Miraculous escape for 4 as lorry hits car from rear end

 Mangalore, Feb 1, 2014 :  Four persons travelling in  a car had a miraculous escape with minor injuries  when their  car was  hit by a ready mix concrete lorry from the rear end   on the National Highway at Jeppinamogaru on January 31, Friday afternoon. The impact of the collision was such that the driver lost control over the car which crashed against an electric poll and pulverized it.

 The car was badly mangled in the mishap. It is learnt the lorry collided with the car when the driver slowed down the vehicle all of a sudden. Traffic was disrupted on the route for some time owing to the mishap.
