Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary offers prayer at Kadri Shrine

Mangaluru, June 08, 2020:   Consequent upon the government permitting all places of worship to open from June 8, subject to  adherence to the Covid-19 precautionary guidelines, the Kadri Shree Manjunatheshwara Temple in Mangaluru too re-opened for the devotees. DK District in-charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary accompanied by Mayor Diwaker Pandeshwar and others visited the shrine and offered prayers to the Lord.

 

 

 

 

 

 

All visitors to the shrine are subject to thermal screening and contactless hand sanitizers have also been placed at the entrance of the shrine for the devotees.

The temples will not offer Theertha prasada and devotees are also not supposed to touch idols, pillars or any place in the temple.
