Marijuana seized, one arrested in Kasargod

Kasargod, Mar 17, 2016:  As per reports recieved, a person was arrested here  with a large amount of marijuana.

Muhammad Ali, 60, was arrested by the Vidyanagar police and seized 1.250 kg of marijuana and a bike.

Safwan and two others who were with Ali, managed to flee.  Police on having confirmed information caught the accused red-handed with the other three, packing the marijuana packets at a building opposite the water authority office in Vidyanagar.

Sources said that the accused were targeting students and youth by selling at huge prices.
