Manjeshwar : Cops seize 72 kg ganja

Manjeshwar, Nov 07, 2017:  A police team led by  Manjeshwar SI   Anoop Kumar has seized 72 kg of ganja which was found hidden in an isolated area inside the compound belonging to a person at Guddemaru near Bejja. No one has been arrested in this connection.

 

Acting on a tip off, the police had raided the  place where ganja was found hidden in eight bags. This case gains significance in the backdrop of  reports of  widespread sale of ganja at various places in Manjeshwar.
