Manipal: Security guard arrested for harassing women

Manipal, Nov 17, 2019: Manipal Police have arrested the security guard of a bank who was  sexually harassing and stalking lone women during night time at Eshwarnagar, Manipal Printing Press Road, Perampalli Road and Vidyaratnanagar areas since some days. He was also reportedly inappropriately touching women and speeding forth in his bike.

The arrested has been identified as Deepak Nayak of Parkala Sannakkibettu near Manipal. The suspect has confessed that he used to sexually harass female students at Udayavani Press Road when he used to return after work in the mornings.
