Manipal School inaugurated in Attavar

Mangalore, Dec 9: The Academy of General Education and Manipal K - 12 Education Pvt Ltd jointly inaugurated Manipal School behind KMC Hospital, Attavar, on Dec 9, Wednesday. 

 

 

Dr. Ramdas Pai was the chief guest of the programme. In his speech, he said that, owing to technological advancement, more facilities are now available to students. He said that the new school is specially designed to make the optimum use of technology. Moreover, the teachers are qualified enough to give individual attention to each student, he said. He also stated that the Manipal Group plans to start many more schools in the near future. 

 

Dr H S Ballal, the pro chancellor of Manipal University, was the guest of honor. He said that the government is putting in a lot of efforts to improve the condition of government schools with the implementation of schemes such as Sarva Sikshana Abhiyan. He urged private institutions to help government schools get all the facilities required to provide top-notch education to the students. 

Meena Ganesh, the CEO and MD of Manipal K - 12 Education Pvt Ltd; Dr. Rajgopal; and Vidya Shetty were present during the inauguration programme.
