Manipal: Lady ASI files complaint against hotelier for abusing her

Udupi, May 24, 2015:  Manipal’s Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police Shobha has lodged a complaint at the station against a hotelier from Eshwarnagar in Manipal on the charges of coming in the way of her discharging her duty.

As per the complaint lodged, the hotelier who was one among a group of six which was spotted smoking  at around 1 am on the night of May 22 had abused and spoken rudely to the ASI when she warned them against smoking and issued a receipt for the fine amount  collected from them.
