Mangaluru Mar 16, 2016: Bhajarang Dal and VHP on Tuesday March 15 staged a protest in front of DC Office here condemning the murder of BJP worker Raju in Mysuru.
Convenor of Bhajarang Dal Sharan Pumpwell said that communal forces have brutally murdered one of the sincere activists of the party. Kyathamaranahalli has been unsafe for Hindus in the recent years, he said. Hindus have been targeted after Siddaramaiah came to power, he said and demanded the immediate resignation of the Chief Minister. The government must arrest the culprits immediately and compensation should also be provided to the family of Raju, he demanded.
MLC Capt Ganesh Karnik said that the state government must own responsibility for the murder. The culprit should be arrested at the earliest, he urged.
District President of VHP Jagadish Shenava said there was total intolerance in the state under Siddaramaiah’s regime. He also sought a CBI probe into o the murder.
Former MLC Monappa Bhandary, district Secretary of Vishwa Hindu Parishad Gopal Kuthar and others were present.
