Mangaluru : Three more succumb to Covid-19 in Dakshina Kannada

Mangaluru, July 08, 2020:    Three persons have succumbed to Coronavirus infection in Dakshina Kannada district on July 8, Wednesday.

Those who lost their battle with Covid-19 are a  62  year old woman from Ullal, a 32 year old woman from Puttur and a 60 year old man from Bhatkal.  The man from Bhatkal died at a private hospital while the two women succumbed at Wenlock Covid Hospital. All the three were battling other illnesses along with Covid-19.

With today’s three deaths, the total fatalities in DK due to Coronavirus has increased to 29. Presently there are 650 active Covid-19 cases in the district.
