Mangaluru: Three arrested for killing coolie worker at Neerude

Mangaluru Sep 26, 2016: Three persons arrested for killing coolie worker at Neerude near Bajpe on Sep 25th Sunday.

Arrested have been identified as Sulochana (40), Dinesh (35) and Sudhakar (27). Dinesh and Sudhakar are daily wage workers.

Raju Poojary (37) a coolie worker is the person deceased. As per the sources Raju Poojary visited Sulochana’s house constantly. Sulochana is a widow and lived with her two children at Neerude.

Sulochana along with Dinesh and Sudhakar stabbed Raju after having altercation with them. It is not yet known what prompted the murder of Raju.

Raveesh, a person from the same locality found Raju with grave injuries and brought him to Wenlock hospital immediately. Raju breathed his last in the hospital today September 26.

Bajpe Police are investigating the case.
