Mangaluru: Thieves break into Kalikamba temple, loot jewellery and cash.

Barkoor, Udupi: June 26, 2015: The thieves plundered the Kalikamba temple in Barkoor in the wee hours of Friday and escaped with cash and jewellery.

The incident came to light when the priest of the temple, found the main door and temple open. He immediately informed the temple authorities and the police.

The CCTV footage has confirmed the theft. The thieves made away with jewellery weighing 5 Kgs, and cash.

A case has been registered at local police station in this regard and investigation is on.
