Mangaluru: Shivaram Shetty (74) of ‘Swagat’ is no more

Mangaluru, Sep 18, 2015:  Sri. Ullal Barikeguttu Shivaram Shetty (74), better known as "Swagat Shivaramanna"  of Samettadka and a well known personality, passed away in a private hospital here  Sept 16. 

He was ailing for a while.

The son of the late Babu Shetty and Akkamma Shetty. He is survived by wife, daughters Supriya and Supreeta. Jayaram Shetty of Swagat Sweets, Prabhakar Shetty of Sweekar Sweets, another hotelier Balakrishna Shetty and Sulochana S Shetty are his siblings.

Many political and community leaders from diffrent walks of life have expressed their sympathies and spoke highly of this rare person with acclaimed human qualities.
