Mangaluru: Shahnawaz, the accused in attacking Milagres Prinicipal arrested at Pumpwell

Mangaluru Oct 24, 2016: Mohammed Shahnawaz a third year BBM student who was accused for assaulting Milagres college principal was arrested at Pumpwell on Monday October 24th.

 

Mohammed Shahnawaz a resideny of Pandeshwar was absconding since three days after the assault. Several organisation staged protest demanding his arrest and memorandum was also submitted to Police Commissioner and DC Jagadeesha demanding his arrest.

Mohammed Shahnawaz was intercepted at Pumpwell while he was on his way to Kasargod.

Operation was carried out by Police Inspector Shantharam and his team and he will be produced to the court.
