Mangaluru : Protesting CFI students lathi-charged

Mangaluru, Sep 10, 2016 :  Student members of the Campus Front of India are picketing  the Mangaluru Rural Police station on September 10, Saturday   against  the arrest of a student  of Srinivas College reportedly in a ragging case.

 

 

It has been gathered that the police have  lathi charged the protestors  in a bid to bring the situation under control.

 Unconfirmed sources said a few students and police personnel were injured during the lathi charge.

More details are yet to emerge.
