Mangaluru: Prostitution racket busted; six arrested, 4 women rescued

Mangaluru, Nov 10, 2017: Bunder police on November 10, Friday have busted prostitution racket which was operating in a guest house at P M Rao road in the city arrested six persons. Four women used in the business were rescued.

 

The arrested are identified as Shashidhar(42) from Akashabhavan,owner of the lodge, Harish (34) from Puttur, Sudesh(21) from Kaikar, Nazeeb(34) from Uppinangady, Sandeep (29) from Karkala and Kumar(30)from Hassan.

 

Under the guidance of ACP Uday Nayak Bunder police inspector Shantaram along with his team  carried out the raid operation have been  successful in arresting the accused .

Investigations are in progress.
