Mangaluru Police firing : Final hearing scheduled on August 11

Mangaluru, Aug 08, 2020:     The final hearing of the magisterial  enquiry into the December 19 police firing incident in Mangaluru during the anti-CAA protests, will be held on August 11.

 

Those  having any documentary evidence or  eyewitnesses willing to record statements regarding the incident that claimed two lives, can   be present at the Mini Vidhana Saudha at Hampankatta on August 11 between 11 am and 1 pm, said Udupi Deputy Commissioner G Jagadeesha who is also the inquiry officer  for the magisterial probe.

The officer has also stated that there is no scope to submit  evidences or statements after August 11.
