Mangaluru: Police detain motorcyle, cellphone thieves

Mangaluru, Oct 10, 2016: Surathkal Police succeeded in detaiing one person in relation to the bike theft case today October 10 Monday.  The arrested have been identified as Hamza (19) resident of Kaatipalla. Police siezed three bikes from his possession.

 

In another case, Surathkal police arrested a person who had robbed a woman student off her cell phone at NITK campus on October 9. The accused is Sandeep, 23 of Madhya. Police have recovered the mobile phone worth Rs 14,000 from him.
