Mangaluru: Police arrest three persons for misbehaving with a girl, assaulting at Mall.

Mangaluru: July 16, 2015: The police on Wednesday arrested three persons following an assault on a customer, who allegedly misbehaved with a girl at Forum Fiza Mall.

 

Two cases were registered at Pandeshwar police station in connection with the incident.

The girl who hails from Manipur works as a sales representative at a cloth showroom in the mall.

It is learnt that, the customer who visited the shop to buy dress, allegedly misbehaved with the girl by touching her.  The accused has been identified as Sarfaraz, a resident of Krishnapur.

The girl’s scream was heard by the two Bajrang dal activists who mercilessly assaulted the youth.

The two Bajrang dal activits have been identified as Chethan and Prajwal.

According to the sources, the duo work at Eshwai Security Agency in the same mall.

The police arrested all three, while Sarfaraz was remanded to judicial custody, the two others were released on bail.
