Mangaluru: Party workers give a grand welcome to BJP President Amit Shah

Mangaluru, August 21, 2016: BJP’s national president Amit Shah was given a grand welcome by the party workers after he arrived here at Mangaluru Central Railway Station on Sunday morning to take part in the “Balidana Smarane” programme organised following the call by Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a part of nation-wide Tiranga Yatra.

He would take part in a programme “Balidana Smarane,”to be held at Ullal to commemorate freedom fighters, who died in the struggle for Independence. Later, Shah will address the public in Mangala Gangotri campus of Mangaluru University, Konaje.

In addition to Amit Shah, other leaders including Union minister of Stastitics and Programme Implementation D.V. Sadananda Gowda, former chief minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, will be present on the occasion.
