Mangaluru : Padayatra demanding tollgate closure, NH repair

Mangaluru, Sep 26, 2018: The Padayatra organised by the Anti-Tollgate Action Committee  demanding closure of the toll gate near NITK, Suratkal and urging for repair of the highway stretch between  Nantoor and Suratkal commenced at Kulur on September 26, Wednesday.

 

 

The Committee Convenor Muneer Katipalla, Deputy Mayor Mohammad Kunjathbail, former MLA Vijaykumar Shetty, Corporators Dayanand Shetty, Revathi Putran, DYFI leader Sunil Kumar Bajal and several others are participating in the Padayatra which has been supported by various organisations.

The Padayatra will conclude near the NITK toll gate where a huge protest meet will be held.
