Mangaluru :NCC cadets to get yoga classes

Mangaluru, April 24, 2015 :  Speaking at the inaugural of Yoga training for NCC cadets of Mangaluru zone, organised by the department of Ayush, Government of India, at St Aloysius High School premises in Mangaluru on April 23, Thursday.  College Principal Rev Fr Swebert D’Silva called upon the students to maintain their health by good practices to coordinate the mind and body.

Mangaluru zonal NCC officer Col Chowdhary who was present said that NCC cadets throughout the nation are being trained in Yoga which will go a long way to contribute all around well being. Yoga is tried and tested from ancient times and its practice can enhance life it self.
