Mangaluru : Man from Bengaluru arrested with Rs one cr unaccounted cash

Mangaluru, May 17, 2019 : In a swift operation, Bunder Police have seized  unaccounted cash worth Rs one crore from a person  at Carstreet  during the early hours of May 17, Friday.

 

The arrested person is Manjunath (36), a resident of Malleshwaram in Bengaluru.  Bunder Police who were on patrolling duty at Carstreet at around 6.30 am, saw  Manjunath moving suspiciously with a bag on his shoulder. He however failed to gave a satisfactory reply when questioned. He was arrested after police who checked his bag found Rs one crore cash without any valid records.
