Mangaluru: MP Nalin asks officials to speed up road works

Mangaluru, Feb 14, 2024: Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel has asked officials to speed up the maintenance works on the Mukka-Suratkal and KPT-Nanthoor Road.

 

 

 

 

He was addressing the District Development Coordination and Monitoring (DISHA) meeting  held at the ZP Meeting Hall on February 14, Wednesday.

When Nalin wanted to know about the progress of BC Road service road works and the works on the Maani-Uppinangady road, officials informed that 76% of the work is complete and the roads would be ready by April.

Mayor Sudhir Shetty Kannur  who also spoke  stressed the need for a service road to overcome traffic issues in Nantoor-KPT area.

Deputy Commissioner Mullai Muhilan, ZP CEO Dr Arun K and other officials were present.
