Mangaluru: Konkani movie “Nashiboche Khel” released today

Mangaluru Aug 12, 2016: Bishop of Mangaluru diocese Dr Aloysious Paul D’Souza inaugurated the Konkani movie “Nashiboche Khel” at Prabhath Theatre today August 12th Friday. Noshiboche Khel  directed by Harry Fernandes under the banner of Kanarities youth association Mumbai pvt ltd (KYAM).

Speaking on the occasion Dr Aloysious Paul D Souza said that, It is a good initiative by Henry D Silva to support Konkani language in coastal region and thousands of people reside here and requested people to watch this movie in large numbers.

Chief whip of the legislative Council Ivan D’Souza said that people in coastal region have the capacity to produce movies but there are lot of barriers which they are failing and requested people to watch movie in large and support Konkani cinema.

MLA JR Lobo said that, success and failures of the movie depends upon the audience by watching it in large. We should speak Konkani more to make our language grow. We need to protect our language.

Founder and managing director of Daijiworld Walter Nandalike, Proprietor of Rohan Corporation Rohan Montero, cast and crew of the movie were present.
