Mangaluru: Kodagu PU College Principal ends life by consuming poison

Mangaluru Jan 22, 2016: A tragic incident of PU college Principal ending life by consuming poison in a private lodge in the city. The incident came to light on January 21, Thursday.

 

 

 

 

 

The deceased is identified as Sudesh(45).He was working as a Principal of Chennamma PU college at Madhapura in Somawarpet of Kodagu District. He is survived by His wife, who works as a lecturer in Private Industrial Training Institute at Krishnapur in Suratkal and two children. They were the residents of Talapady in Mangaluru.

It is learnt Sudesh left Somawarpet on the Wednesday as that there was a misunderstanding between him and the college management. On reaching the city he booked a room in a private lodge. He was disturbed over this issue and might be the reason for this extreme step.

The hotel staff noticed that Sudesh was not to be seen from afternoon. They got suspicious and checked the room. They were shocked to see Sudesh, had committed suicide by consuming poison. They immediately called the Police and informed about the matter. The police rushed to the spot.

The body was shifted the Wenlock Hospital for Post mortem. The investigation is going on in the Urva Police station.
