Mangaluru : Grand ceremony marks inaugural of Land Trades ‘Maurishka Palace’

Mangaluru, May 30, 2015: “Maurishka Palace” the magnum opus project of Land Trades Builders and Developers was declared open by former union minister  M Veerappa Moily at a  colourful ceremony at Kadri Kambala Road on May 29, Friday. The 24th project of Land Trades is a magnificent two block 22 floored structure with 333 apartments.

 

 

 

 

In his inaugural address, Moily showered praises on Land Trades Managing Director Shrinath Hebbar for the quality projects   of Land Trades each known for its superior quality and splendid architecture. Hebbar has  faced many challenges in life to emerge as a successful builder and has proved his mark in the real estate scenario of the region, he said. Moily also stressed the need for a balanced development of Mangaluru while also giving equal importance to environment protection.

Shrinath Hebbar who also spoke said he was immensely pleased to see his dream project a reality that too in a record time.  MLA J R Lobo,  Yenepoya University Chancellor Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi who spoke as chief guests, wished success to Land Trades in all its projects.

City Mayor Jacintha Vijay Alfred who presided over the function, lauded Shrinath Hebbar  for strict adherence to all construction norms while also according  importance to quality. The engineers and architects  of the project were felicitated on the occasion. Ashok Kumar DK, Corporator of Kadri was present among others.

Manohar Prasad compered the programme.The vote of thanks was proposed by Mahesh Nayak. A variety entertainment programme  was also organised as part of the grand inaugural.
