Mangaluru: Foundation laid for Land Trades ’Melody’ at Bendore

Mangaluru, Nov 09, 2015: Foundation stone for Melody a new residential project of Land Trades Builders and Developers was laid at Bendore on November 8, Sunday.

 

Melody  will have two and three bedroom apartments  measuring 825 and 1465 sq ft respectively. The  project is located close by St Teresa School at  st Agnes institutions and will come with the best of amenities and features.

’Vasundhara’ inaugurated :

 Vasundhara, a residential cum commercial project of Land Trades  located  near Marigudi in Urva was inaugurated on  November 8, Sunday by Mangaluru South MLA  JR Lobo.

K Shrinath Hebbar, Managing Director of Land Trades said  that all the 20 flats have been sold out well before the inauguration.

Former mayor Shashidhar Hegde, Anand K, TK Sudhir and others were present.

Udayavani Mangaluru Bureau Chief Manohar Prasad compered the programme.

The ground floor of Vasundhara offers commercial space.
